LISA’S FAMOUS DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

500g Beef Mince

500g Pork Mince

1 Onion, chopped finely

1 zucchini, grated

1 carrot, grated

2 Eggs to combine

4tbspns Oyster Sauce (or to taste)

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Ghee pastry or wontons

 

Method

  1. Cook mince & onion till brown.
  2. Let mince cool then combine rest of ingredients.
  3. Place tablespoon of mixture into middle of pasty.  Pinch sides together, then place in salted boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce or maggie seasoning.
