500g Beef Mince
500g Pork Mince
1 Onion, chopped finely
1 zucchini, grated
1 carrot, grated
2 Eggs to combine
4tbspns Oyster Sauce (or to taste)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Ghee pastry or wontons
- Cook mince & onion till brown.
- Let mince cool then combine rest of ingredients.
- Place tablespoon of mixture into middle of pasty. Pinch sides together, then place in salted boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce or maggie seasoning.
