   First time cooking a yearling roast beef and it turned out brilliantly with a texas BBQ rub topped with a smoky honey mustard & herb crust. Beautiful tender meat, although it could have done with 15mins less cooking time, but will know for next time.

   Plenty of leftovers used two nights later in a stroganoff pasta bake.
