MEATS are Beef and Pork.  They are slow roasted, cooled, sliced and placed in aluminium trays with lids ready for the oven. Heat the meat at 130°c for approx. 30 minutes.
SALADS are Coleslaw, Creamy Pasta Salad and/or Creamy Potato Salad. They are delivered in sealed bags or containers.
VEGGIE BAKES are Potato Bake and/or Zucchini Bake.  They are delivered in aluminium trays with lids ready for the oven.  Heat the Zucchini and Potato Bakes at 130°c for approx. 40 minutes.
Catering is for minimum 30 people.
Meats are portioned at approx. 150g (combined) per person.
Salads & Veggie Bakes are portioned at approx. 100g (combined) per person.
